Perform duties according to documented Weatherford policies and comply with all Standard Operating Procedures and Workplace Practices
Operate Overdrive, Vero system, power and handling equipment within client’s time specification in compliance with Weatherford Tubular Running Service Competence Assurance System to maintain integrity of the client’s wells.
Maintain Overdrive, power and handling equipment at work area within client’s time specification in compliance with Weatherford Tubular Running Service Competence Assurance System to allow equipment to be operational on location.
Participate in daily operations, safety meetings, toolbox sessions, Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), and promptly report any issues using appropriate tools
Maintain equipment, facilities, and work areas in a presentable and safe working condition
Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of policies, procedures, operational and non-operational documentation, support systems, and comply with all Technical Work Instructions
Perform functional tests, inspections, and monitoring of equipment with strict adherence to specific work instructions within your level of training and competence
Inspect used parts to determine dimensional requirements, using measuring instruments such as rules, calipers, or micrometres
Follow maintenance processes and procedures for unloading, disassembly, cleaning, pressure testing, visual checking, assembly, loading, and storage of tools, completing all necessary documentation as required within your level of training and competence
Rig up and down equipment with strict adherence to specific work instructions within your level of training and competence
Clean, lubricate, repair, and operate equipment as per work instructions within your level of training and competence
Service and maintain mechanical, electronic, and hydraulic components as per work instructions within your level of training and competence

Minimum 2 years of field experience in the Oil & Gas industry
Previous repair and maintenance experience with Mechanical and Hydraulic equipment is advantage
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Strong critical thinking, active learning, listening, and complex problem-solving skills
Good reading and writing abilities, sound judgment, and decision-making in line with policies and procedures
Effective time management skills
Proficiency in quality control analysis to ensure products meet required standards
Capability to meet the physical demands of the role
Ability to identify potential problems and understand solutions
Ability to effectively and efficiently operate tools and machinery
Spatial awareness to visualize how tools and products will look when preparing for assembly, repair, or modifications
Basic computer skills (Outlook, MS Office)
The required level of English is intermediate or higher
