Vakansiyanın təsviri
- Oversee day-to-day implementation of the project in line with the work plans
- Assure quality of project activities and project outputs
- Prepare annual and quarterly work plans and draft Terms of References (ToRs) for all inputs
- Prepare timely and quality project progress and implementation, all monitoring reports for submission to FAO (in
- accordance with reporting procedures)
- Support the planning and initiation of regular events for raising visibility and awareness related to project’s goals and
- activities
- Make sure that all necessary inputs (personnel, technical support services, sub-contracts, training, equipment and
- supplies) are provided in a timely manner
- Support senior colleagues in leading of the project team and monitoring the performance of their tasks and assisting them
- in their work, as necessary, to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of project’s activities
- Regularly (at least monthly) liaise with the project LTOs for updates and further technical guidance.
- Support the implementation of project task force meetings and Project Steering Committee meetings;
- Support the identification of best practices and lessons learnt, ensuring their proper documentation and dissemination
- Ensure that the proper Monitoring & Evaluation of assigned programmes/projects are carried out
- Perform other duties, as requested
Xüsusi tələblər
- University Degree on social and administrative sciences such as economics/agricultural economics, management,
- international relations, agriculture, or any other relevant disciplines
- At least 5 years of experience in field project implementation, agricultural and environmental management, multicounty
- projects under the international framework
- Working knowledge (level C) of English
- National of Azerbaijan or resident of the country with valid work permit
