Discuss and help decide how identified needs will be addressed;
Implement strategies and support learners in self-esteem and confidence-building activities;
Monitor attendance and punctuality of learners;
Maintain accurate records and prepare written reports and evaluations;
Prepare the classroom for class activities;
Advise students individually and/or with groups regarding academic core and/or departmental requirements, appropriate class selection, academic policies and procedures, and campus resources.

University degree or equivalent;
Minimum intermediate level of English;
Teaching experience in Secondary Years education is preferable;
Strong knowledge and/or experience and/or enthusiasm to teach in the IB MYP/DP curriculum framework;
Be interculturally aware with well-developed interpersonal skills;
Be committed to ensuring high standards of teaching and learning;
Be collaborative and able to work as part of a team;
Kindly be informed that the class mentor is going to work with English-speaking students of IB School. So, fluency in English is compulsory. The interview is held in English as well.
