Conduct legal analysis and research on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, internal policies, and corporate documents.
Provide expert legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, tax, labor, and securities law.
Monitor and ensure compliance with legal and corporate governance requirements across the company.
Oversee corporate governance processes, including board and shareholder-related matters.
Represent the company in courts and before regulatory authorities.
Manage the state registration of company charter changes and governing bodies.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Legal Sciences.
Experience: Minimum 5 years as a lawyer (preferably in the financial sector).
Legal Knowledge: Strong expertise in civil, commercial, tax, labor, and securities legislation.
Corporate Governance: Understanding of corporate structures, regulatory compliance, and governance frameworks.
Skills: Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
