  • Administrative Support: Perform various general office duties, including answering phones, taking messages, greeting visitors, typing, copying, filing, sorting, and handling mail.
  • Directorial Assistance: Provide administrative support and guidance to the school Director. Manage the Director's schedule, schedule meetings, and assist in preparing documents and presentations.
  • Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries from staff, students, and parents. Direct inquiries appropriately and maintain effective communication channels within the school.
  • Meeting Coordination: Take messages and schedule meetings for the Director, ensuring efficient time management and coordination of appointments.
  • Special Projects: Assist in formatting and completing special projects assigned by the Director, contributing to the school's initiatives.
  • Additional Duties: Undertake any other duties as required to support the effective operation of the school.

Xüsusi tələblər

  • Education and/or Experience:

Relevant higher education qualification.

  • At least one year of relevant experience in general clerical work.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Strong teamwork and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Friendly and personable demeanor.

Language Skills:

  • Fluent in Azerbaijani and English.
  • Proficiency in Russian is an advantage.

Computer Skills:

  • Proficiency in using computer applications, including Google Suite and MS Office.
  • General knowledge of computer usage and database software.
  • Accurate and proficient typing skills.
