- Education and/or Experience:
Relevant higher education qualification.
- At least one year of relevant experience in general clerical work.

- Friendly and personable demeanor.
Language Skills:
- Fluent in Azerbaijani and English.
- Proficiency in Russian is an advantage.
Computer Skills:
- Proficiency in using computer applications, including Google Suite and MS Office.
- General knowledge of computer usage and database software.
- Accurate and proficient typing skills.
