  • Coordinate office supply procurement and vendor tasks
  • Manage access, meeting rooms, and general office upkeep
  • Support teams with document prep and admin tasks

  • 1+ year in HR support/admin/front office roles
  • Strong communication in Azerbaijani, English & Russian
  • Detail-oriented, discreet, people-friendly, and reliable
  • Confident in MS Office and basic document systems
