- Preparing the necessary documents and letters required for obtaining approval documents in accordance with construction legislation, as well as managing this process;
- Defining construction process plans, work schedules, and volumes;
- Organizing the procurement schedule for the construction project;
- Implementing measures to optimize costs and increase profitability without compromising quality parameters;
- Coordinating the work of subcontractor organizations and internal company labor forces involved in the construction project;
- Identifying discrepancies in the submitted project-estimate documents and preparing proposals for their resolution.
Xüsusi tələblər
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Structural, Construction Engineering, or Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with a strong portfolio of hotel, residential, or large-scale mixed-use projects.
- At least 3 years of experience in international project environments, ideally involving multicultural teams and global design standards.
