Sales Analytics and Reporting Specialist

Creating/Updating sales performance-related reports (daily, weekly, monthly, annual) and analyses;
Providing sales-relevant forecasts and risk assessments;
Providing reports for the calculation of sales bonuses, calculating sales bonuses;
Preparing solutions to increase reporting quality, develop new presentation formats and automate overall reporting infrastructure;
Performing additional, commercial reporting and analysis-related, ad-hoc tasks from the management as will be requested from time to time;
To execute job responsibilities and verbal/ written instructions by management;
To execute assigned tasks in compliance with the procedures/policy/instructions;

Higher Education in Economics, Finance, Cybernetics, Applied Math, Statistics, Big Data Analytics/Data Mining;
1-2 years’ experience in the relevant industry;
Advanced knowledge of Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages;
Strong knowledge of MS Excel skills(PowerPivot, Macros) and at least one statistical/data mining tool (SQL, Stata, SAS, SPSS, R);
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and research skills;
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Professionalism, strong interpersonal skills are required, and being a team player is essential;
Customer-focused thinking;
Ability to multitask and meet daily deadlines;
Must be able to operate independently and effectively communicate IT professionals and successfully bridge the gap between end-users and technical specialists.
