  • Actively reach out to potential customers via calls, emails, and networking events to promote ABB Tech Academy programs.
  • Generate and qualify leads through various sales techniques (cold calling, social media, etc.).
  • Understand customer needs and match them with appropriate training solutions.
  • Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ABB Tech Academy offerings.
  • Track interactions and progress in CRM tools and provide regular sales reports.
  • Support the senior sales and business development team in building strategic partnerships.

Xüsusi tələblər

  • Bachelor’s degree (or currently studying) in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 0–1 years of sales, customer service, or related experience (tech/education industry a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Basic understanding of technology and interest in technical education.
  • Comfortable working with productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Jira or etc.)
  • Fluent in English is a plus.
