Evaluate the efficiency and viability of investment projects
Oversee the effective management of project budgets, resource allocations, and cost controls
Analyze profitability, efficiency, and optimization opportunities based on management reports, and provide improvement proposals
Coordinate with various functional areas and stakeholders to ensure effective monitoring and execution of projects
Maintain stakeholder alignment through project-related meetings, workshops, and information sessions
Proactively identify and monitor risks and significant changes in project scope or timelines
Monitor the effective control of project budgets and schedules
Collect, process, and analyze data for the preparation of budget and investment plans; actively participate in the budgeting process
Perform monthly comparison of budget figures against actual performance and prepare regular reports
Gather and process data for budget and investment control, analyze variances and present relevant reports
Conduct analytical reviews and prepare periodic management reports and recommendations
Contribute to the definition and assessment of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Support strategic goal achievement by providing data-driven insights and enhancing KPI measurement frameworks
Regularly analyze performance metrics and prepare relevant presentations and reports

Higher education (Bachelor's or Master degree) in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or Project Management
Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience
Solid understanding of general management principles
Strong knowledge and practical skills in project management fundamentals
Experience and knowledge in investment analysis, including DCF, WACC, IRR, and NPV methods
Understanding of performance management concepts and tools
Strong business communication and formal correspondence skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong quality orientation and results-driven mindset
Critical thinking and advanced analytical skills
Proficiency in MS Suite
Fluency in Azerbaijani (written and spoken); minimum B2 level proficiency in English and Russian
Possession of certifications such as ACCA, CFA, CIMA, or PMI is considered an advantage
