- Develop and manage content strategies for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Pinterest
- Collaborate with creative and design teams to produce engaging, on-brand content
- Build and manage content calendars aligned with client objectives and campaign timelines
- Monitor and report on performance metrics, analyzing engagement, reach, and conversions
- Manage online communities by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Stay informed about platform updates, social trends, and emerging tools, and translate insights into action
- Work closely with ad managers, copywriters, and other departments to ensure a cohesive brand voice and marketing alignment
Xüsusi tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a social media or digital marketing role (agency experience preferred)
- Proven portfolio of social media campaigns or managed accounts
- In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, trends, and algorithms
- Experience using scheduling and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, or Hootsuite
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Fluency in both English and Russian is required
