- Champion a high-quality candidate experience, ensuring consistency, responsiveness, and alignment with the company's employer brand.
- Leverage data and recruitment analytics to evaluate hiring performance, identify trends, and continuously improve talent acquisition processes.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts, representing the company at key industry events and strengthening our position as an employer of choice.
- Lead or contribute to strategic HR projects, such as diversity hiring initiatives, talent mapping, or recruitment process optimization.
Xüsusi tələblər
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience (2+ years) in full-cycle recruiting
- Fluency in English and Azerbaijani languages.
- Strong ability to build trust with stakeholders and influence hiring decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using ATS systems and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- A passion for talent and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
