  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders and hiring managers, offering market intelligence, talent insights, and recommendations that influence hiring decisions.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines for critical roles, including hard-to-fill and niche positions.
  • Champion a high-quality candidate experience, ensuring consistency, responsiveness, and alignment with the company's employer brand.
  • Leverage data and recruitment analytics to evaluate hiring performance, identify trends, and continuously improve talent acquisition processes.
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts, representing the company at key industry events and strengthening our position as an employer of choice.
  • Lead or contribute to strategic HR projects, such as diversity hiring initiatives, talent mapping, or recruitment process optimization.

Xüsusi tələblər

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in full-cycle recruiting
  • Fluency in English and Azerbaijani languages.
  • Strong ability to build trust with stakeholders and influence hiring decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using ATS systems and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • A passion for talent and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
