Oversee the daily agronomic operations of greenhouse tomato production

Apply and monitor soilless cultivation techniques to optimize crop yield and quality

Develop and implement irrigation, fertilization, and pest management programs

Monitor plant health and identify early signs of disease, nutrient deficiencies, or stress

Analyse data related to growth performance, climate control, and productivity

Collaborate with the technical and operational teams to improve farming practices

Ensure compliance with agricultural regulations, hygiene, and safety standards

Train and guide greenhouse staff on best agronomic practices

Participate in research and development activities to trial new varieties and techniques

Prepare periodic reports on crop performance and agronomic outcomes

Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in greenhouse vegetable production, preferably in soilless tomato cultivation
Hands-on expertise in irrigation management, climate control, and other controlled environment agriculture practices
Demonstrated ability to conduct field-based agronomic research and apply data-driven improvements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective reporting and team collaboration
Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Knowledge of sustainability principles, GAP (Good Agricultural Practices), and ISO 22000 food safety standards is preferred
