Vakansiyanın təsviri
- Implement and support the requirements of the Quality Management System (QMS) (ISO 9001);
- Coordinate the QMS with the structural units of the Agency and ensure the execution of related tasks;
- Monitor that the Agency’s corporate and internal documents are up-to-date and operational;
- Ensure proper implementation of ISO and other international standards, including conducting internal audits on a regular basis;
- Check the effectiveness of the internal control system and evaluate mechanisms;
- Develop and support the implementation of recommendations for improving internal control;
- Regularly prepare reports on QMS and risk management systems;
- Support the implementation of Information Security Management System (ISO 27001) requirements;
- Participate in the provision of the Agency’s risk management system and monitor the execution of assigned tasks;
- Support the functions of the responsible person for risk management;
- Participate in and monitor the implementation of the Agency’s Business Continuity Management System.
Xüsusi tələblər
- Higher education (Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, or Law);
- At least 4 years of work experience in the field of Quality Management System / Internal Control / Audit; experience in Risk Management is preferred.
- ISO 9001 certification – mandatory;
- Certifications in Risk Management and ISO 27001 – preferred.
- Fundamentals of Quality Management System;
- National legislation and international standards applicable to the field (ISO 9001/27001);
- Basics of Risk Management;
- Business Continuity and Process Management;
- Proactivity, innovation, creative thinking;
- Strong verbal and written communication / presentation skills;
- Analytical thinking;
- Critical thinking skills;
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook, PowerPoint).Azerbaijani – Fluent;
- English – At least intermediate;
- Russian – Preferred.
