Be an experienced Project Manager with previous EPC experience on brownfield modifications type projects. Preference for onshore experience.
Be client facing and also managing the PD&MS project requirements including Management and control of Budgets, Scope and Schedule. It is desirable the Candidate will have experience working for an EPC Engineering Contractor and experienced in managing a portfolio of scopes throughout the project lifecycle with an emphasis on construction execution.
Ensure robust technical and commercial change control mechanisms / procedures are in place and are being adhered to diligently
Establish and implement project meetings whether internally or externally at Client premises and ensure their frequency and repetition
Establish a good working relationship and rapport with Company and Client project team members alike to ensure project harmony
Oversee and have approval of all project budgets expenditure and revenues and for monitoring of same at a meaningful frequency
Ensure project related Company sales are maximised and up to date with all potential delays mitigated
Ensure Appraise, Select, Define, Onshore and Offshore Execute and Close-out Phases, or parts thereof, of all projects are driven and delivered safely in line with, or ahead of expectations
Ensure all projects are effectively completed strictly in accordance with the requirements of the contract as a minimum, and that adequate resources Group wide are in place to meet those requirements
Be responsible for managing all Client and Vendor interfaces to ensure seamless project execution is achieved
Establish and setting clear goals and priorities for all projects
Be proactive in identification of potential issues / conflicts and timely resolution of same
Ensure accurate and timely reporting and planning
Have operational input to Senior Management Review meetings
Review company procedures and policies and development and improvement of same to meet expectations and ensuring integration where required
Have input to, operational personnel recruitment, training and resource allocation, ensuring the right people are in the right positions
Demonstrate safe approach in design and working practises
Encourage attention to safety
Be responsible for ensuring professional development is maintained and identified competency requirements are undertaken in a timely manner
Adhere to the Company Integrated Management System
Compile with Quality Assurance, Health and Safety and Environmental Policies
Demonstrate and promote PD&MS QHSE principles and lead by example.
Ensure unsafe activities are challenged.
Adhere to the requirements of best practice standards recommendations and processes in the undertaking of duties. In particular, risk assessment and control, reliability and failure prevention necessary to ensure the safe design, provision and use of tools, equipment and systems
Demonstrate and promote PD&MS values and lead by example.

Masters degree in relevant discipline
Membership of a recognised professional body
Project Management Training – PMI or APM accredited
