Leadership & Strategic Vision

• Proven experience as a General Director, CEO, or senior executive in offshore, heavy equipment maintenance, or industrial services (preferably crane/hoist/rigging sectors)
• Ability to develop and execute long-term business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and market expansion
• Strong decision-making skills in high-pressure environments (e.g., offshore operations, compliance-driven industries)

Industry-Specific Expertise

• Deep understanding of offshore crane maintenance, inspection, repair, and certification (e.g., API, LOLER, DNV, ABS standards)
• Familiarity with the offshore oil & gas industry and its regulatory frameworks
• Experience managing service contracts, maintenance schedules, and technical teams in an offshore environment

Financial & Operational Management

• Track record of P&L management for a company of similar size (15Mln USD and above revenue)
• Knowledge in cost optimization, budgeting, and financial forecasting in a project-based/service business
• Understanding of supply chain, logistics, and vendor management for spare parts and technical services

Compliance, HSE & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and industry standards
• Risk assessment and mitigation experience in offshore operations
• Knowledge of insurance, liability, and contractual risk management in heavy equipment services

Team & Culture Leadership

• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams (engineers, technicians, project managers, sales)
• Strong change management skills to drive operational excellence
• Promote a safety-first culture and high-performance work environment

• Master's degree in Engineering or a relevant technical field.
• 10+ years in senior leadership within offshore, heavy equipment maintenance, or industrial services
• Fluency in English
• Experience with digital transformation (predictive maintenance, IoT, crane monitoring systems)
• Knowledge of offshore workforce management (rotation schedules, expat labor, remote teams)
• Existing industry network with key clients and suppliers
