Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, or chat about availability, rates, and services. · Assist guests with making, modifying, or canceling reservations, ensuring all details are accurate.
Provide detailed information about offerings, including policies, amenities, and promotions. · Process payments securely and maintain confidentiality of guest information. · Resolve guest issues or complaints with professionalism and escalate complex matters asneeded.
Collaborate with sales, front desk, or other teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. · Maintain up-to-date knowledge of systems, pricing, and procedures to assist customers effectively. · Record all reservations and communication accurately in the database or reservation system. · Capture sales from in-coming reservations calls and coordinate details of each reservation. Complete internal reservation forms. · Run daily reports for department, operational departments, Sales & Marketing, General Manager, Department Head · Answer General Reservations e-mail, retrieve and distribute mail and process brochure requests. · Handle guest complaints in accordance with Four Seasons policy. · Monitor Front Desk reservations made night prior, address any reoccurring issues · Process Employee Comp requests, handle Friends & Family requests with guidance from Department Head or Assistant Manager
