  • As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading the structure, coordination, and continuous development of Wemark’s soon-to-be-launched education programs. You’ll manage the full cycle from planning course schedules and supporting instructors to ensuring seamless communication with participants and delivering a high-quality learning experience.
  • You’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the program from content preparation and session planning to communication management and performance tracking ensuring smooth execution and ongoing improvement across all stages. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong interest in education, marketing-focused career development, and community-building.

Xüsusi tələblər

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, or a related field. MBA abroad is an asset.
  • 1–2 years of experience in program coordination or academic support.
  • Familiarity with university structures (syllabus, credits, evaluation systems).
  • Strong communication and email handling skills.
  • Ability to support instructors, manage materials, and check assignments.
  • Self-motivated and solution-oriented, able to take initiative independently.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Passion for working with young professionals and building engaged communities.
