  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
  • Provide technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
  • Set up accounts for new users and ensure proper access permissions.
  • Repair and replace equipment as necessary.
  • Test new technology and evaluate performance.
  • Maintain technical documentation and inventory records.
  • Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
  • Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and rollouts.

Xüsusi tələblər

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
  • Experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud platforms.

Technical Skills:

  • Understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
  • Experience with helpdesk systems and remote support tools.
  • Basic scripting or automation experience (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) is beneficial.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
