Junior Procurement Specialist

Procure and execute the purchasing of required goods and services in a timely manner.
Conduct market research and price comparisons in both local and foreign markets based on internal requisitions.
Visit local markets to acquire spare parts or other materials as required.
Maintain accurate procurement-related documentation and generate relevant reports.
Ensure timely delivery and quality compliance of all purchased goods.
Plan and analyze daily procurement activities to improve efficiency.
Enter orders into ERP software and monitor their progress.
Collaborate with logistics and transportation teams to coordinate deliveries.
Able to go to local market for acquisition of required spare parts or other materials

Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience: 1+ year of relevant experience in procurement or a related role is an advantage.
Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is required.
Languages: English – Fluent / Must, Russian – Preferable
Skills and Competencies:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Familiarity with procurement software or ERP systems is a plus
Ability to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines
