Sales Manager are responsible for leading sales teams to reach sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet the company’s objectives.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to Commercial Director, including forecasts, sales performance, and market analysis.
Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients wholesalers/retailers;
Effectively carry out market research, demand collection, industry development foresight and work closely with product to improve foreign market sales.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement;
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with key accounts;
Shuttle bus service (from 20 Yanvar) and lunch are provided;
Location: 2 Sulh Str., Sumgait, Azerbaijan.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or related field;
Proven experience in B2B retail experience;
Several years of relevant experience, with a focus on foreign markets;
Ability to build rapport with key clients;
Ability to handle multiple client accounts;
Strong analytical and managerial skills;
Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively;
