- Monitoring of Company Performance: tracking of actual daily revenue per services, products and provide periodic recommendations on company performance improvement. To prepare monthly reports on the Company’s achievements. To do regular reports on major KPIs (churn, sales performance, ARPU etc.);
- Supporting with Internal and External Insights: analyzing internal data and conducting periodic market studies aiming to increase the revenue of the company and decrease its costs.
- Explore data and share periodic recommendations on product portfolio optimization. To monitor the international trends in telecommunication industry and their impact on commercial strategy of the company;
- To involve strategic planning process and manage all commercial budgeting issues. Monthly monitoring of commercial expenses vs. budget;
- Measuring Sales Performance: monitoring of sales activities per dealer and sales channels. Provide inputs to financial team for commission calculation;
- Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes;
- To be responsible for the conception, planning, and prioritizing of data projects;
- Communicate and present complex concepts and the results of analysis in a clear and effective manner to technical and non-technical audiences;
- Coaching and supporting team members in their professional development. Cascading companies strategies and targets down to employees;
- To execute job responsibilities and verbal/ written instructions by management;
- To keep confidentiality of the company data.
Xüsusi tələblər
- Higher Education in Economics, Finance, Cybernetics, Applied Math, Statistics, Big Data Analytics/Data Mining;
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and research skills; ;
- 4-5 years experience in relevant industry;
- At least 2-3 years of managerial work experience;
- Experience in Telecom will be a plus;
- Fluent Azerbaijani, English and Russian skills;
- Strong knowledge of MS Excell skills(PowerPivot, Macros) and at least one statistical/data mining tool (SQL, Stata, SAS, SPSS, R);
- Must be able to operate independently and effectively communicate IT professionals, and successfully bridge the gap between end-users and technical specialists.
