Senior Wireless Transmission Planning and Development Engineer

Low, Medium and High-capacity Point to Point Radio link planning and optimization;
Preparation Low level design for new planned links;
WO creation for upgrade, rerouting and expansion on 2G, 3G and LTE sites;
Filling 2G, 3G and LTE WOs Transmission part with required Transmission data;
Updating all Rollout WOs with Transmission data;
Checking LOS and capacity possibility during Site Survey;
Filling TSS report’s Transmission part on time;
Perform technical site survey and provide alternative solution for LOS blocked sites;
Daily and weekly Transmission planning database update;
Transmission Cross Connect and Connection Plan source update;
Updating Transmission Planning tool with all new and reroute required Radio Links information;
Optimization of the design, by implementing necessary changes in design to meet the timeline;
Minimize changes in design of existing networks;
Radio Link integration to Network Management System;
New sites Technical Sites Survey and Line of Sight blocked sites LOS survey data should be added to the related database on time;
IP planning for new planned Network Elements;
Weekly analysis of Wireless Transmission Network and alternative solutions to be provided for high utilized TX links;
Checking possibility to provide services over Wireless Transmission network, planning to keep existing network requirement.

Minimum of BSc. in Electrical/Telecommunications Engineering or any other relevant discipline;
General knowledge of Mobile Network and Technologies;
Deep knowledge about Wireless Transmission network management, installation of network elements, relevant equipment's' working principle;
3 years experience;
Azeri, English skills (optional Russian), Good Knowledge level in all MS office programs;
General Knowledge level in Transmission Planning Tools (Path Loss, Aircom Connect, Atoll)
Driving license;
Work at height ability;
Should not be phobia of traveling by plane, ship, helicopter and to offshore areas.
