- Plan, supervise, and coordinate all lifting operations on site
- Conduct pre-lift risk assessments and tool-box talks
- Ensure lifting equipment is certified, inspected, and properly used
- Maintain lifting plans, permits, and daily checklists
- Liaise with engineering and HSE teams to ensure compliance and safety
- Supervise riggers, signalmen, and crane operators during operations
Xüsusi tələblər
- Minimum 10 years of experience in lifting operations, preferably in pipeline or microtunneling construction
- LOLER Appointed Person Certificate or equivalent
- Good command of AutoCAD for reviewing lifting layouts and site planning
- Upper-Intermediate English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Proven knowledge of UK, BS, EN lifting regulations and safety standards
