Timely procurement and delivery of goods from foreign countries (handling correspondence and negotiations);
Negotiating with suppliers on price and other technical specifications;
Monitoring and organizing the movement and documentation of purchased goods;
Collecting information, presenting prices and various options, and proposing solutions for price optimization;
Identifying new suppliers and ensuring price and quality compatibility;
Conducting negotiations with supplier companies;
Carrying out the procurement process in accordance with procedures;
Managing procurement documentation;
Developing a database of reliable vendors and suppliers;
Monitoring market trends, competitor strategies, and suppliers;
Conducting research for new components and suppliers;
Receiving price offers from suppliers, conducting comparative analysis, and presenting the optimal offer to management;
Workplace: 138 Masud Alizade Street, Baku;
Working days: Monday to Friday;
Working hours: 09:00 - 18:00;
