Execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization’s growth and workforce planning priorities.
Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on workforce trends, talent pipeline development, and market insights.
Build strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders and business leaders to ensure talent needs are met proactively.
Oversee all recruitment processes, from requisition to onboarding, ensuring quality of hire, process efficiency, and compliance.
Monitor and improve key TA metrics; ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met and performance is regularly reviewed.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Define clear goals and KPIs for team members and support their professional development.
Drive initiatives to strengthen the company's employer value proposition in alignment with its culture and strategic direction.
Ensure a consistent and compelling candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
Oversee external communication strategies for careers pages, social media, university partnerships, and job fairs.
Use talent intelligence, labor market data, and internal analytics to drive hiring strategies and decisions.
Manage relationships with recruitment vendors, agencies, and technology providers.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in designing and executing recruitment strategies at scale.
Strong understanding of employer branding, recruitment marketing, and digital talent tools (ATS, AI tools).
Experience with data analytics, workforce planning, and strategic talent mapping.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
