Securing new business by defining and engaging with key enterprise leads in the Grocery/Retail area.
Negotiating and closing deals with potential business partners.
Acting as the main contact for new business partners, guiding them through the onboarding process, and addressing operational issues. Maintaining ongoing relationship with partners to monitor and support their performance.
Define and implement strategies around the monetisation of partners.
Preparing and analyzing key performance indicators, identifying improvement points, and defining growth and marketing strategies.
Owning the P&L and budgeting responsibilities for the Grocery/Retail vertical.

You have 3–5 years of experience in Grocery/Retail Business Development, Account Management, or B2B Sales.
You have a proven track record of achieving business growth and sales targets.
You are fluent in both Azerbaijani and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You have strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with decision-makers.
You are data-driven, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to drive partner success.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, quickly adapting to challenges with solution-oriented strategies.
You have experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L ownership.
You act like an owner: managing your own backlog and stakeholders, relentlessly prioritising for maximum impact, and owning and leading data & analytics projects.
