Lead and maintain the company’s organizational structure by evaluating, designing, and implementing changes aligned with business strategy; ensure smooth and consistent execution of Management of Change (MOC) processes across all departments;
Serve as a strategic HR partner to senior leadership by providing expert guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and headcount management, supporting both current business needs and future growth initiatives.
Support the development, review, and continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance, fairness, and alignment with company culture and values;
Design and manage the company’s performance management system, including annual goal-setting, defining KPIs for senior leaders, and overseeing regular review cycles; ensure that individual and team contributions are clearly linked to organizational goals;
Prepare and deliver timely, accurate HR reports and insights to key stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, HR Committee, and management teams, to support informed decision-making;
Drive meaningful employee engagement initiatives, including organizing engagement surveys, analyzing feedback, coordinating improvement actions, and planning internal events that strengthen organizational culture and employee morale;
Provide strategic direction and oversight to recruitment and onboarding teams, ensuring their activities are aligned with organizational goals and that new hires experience a structured and engaging introduction to the company;
Collaborate closely with the Learning & Development function to assess employee development needs and support the creation of impactful learning programs, especially for high-potential talent and critical roles;
Build and maintain strong partnerships with all departments to ensure HR processes are practical, transparent, and contribute to both daily operations and long-term organizational success;

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage);
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or coordination role;
Strong knowledge of HR strategy, organizational design, and performance management systems;
Practical experience in HR policy development, workforce planning, and headcount reporting;
Familiarity with employee engagement initiatives and internal communication strategies;
Experience in guiding talent management processes;
Solid understanding of labor law and HR compliance in a corporate or industrial environmen;
Experience in preparing and presenting HR reports and data to senior leadership;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with various levels of the organization;
