Perform geomechanical modeling of reservoirs and wellbores.

Develop and calibrate 1D and 3D geomechanical models using well, log, and core data.

Conduct wellbore stability analyses to support drilling, completion, and production operations.

Provide geomechanical input to CFD and acoustic modeling by estimating stress distribution and failure potential.

Interpret and integrate results from rock mechanical laboratory tests.

Identify and assess geomechanical risks during planning and field operations.

Solid understanding of rock mechanics and geomechanical principles.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in geomechanical modeling.
Proficiency in geomechanical modeling tools
Strong understanding of regional and local stress regimes and their influence on well and reservoir performance.
Ability to interpret well logs, core data, and field measurements for model input and validation.
Effective communication and teamwork skills across multidisciplinary teams.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Petroleum, Earth Science, Rock Mechanics, Geomechanics, Geophysics or affiliated fields is required
