  • Provide general administrative support including scheduling and correspondence.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and other communications.
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Assist with invoicing and financial tracking.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and travel.
  • Act as a liaison between departments and external partners.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Xüsusi tələblər

  • 2+ years of administrative or office support experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in both Russian and English is required.
