Administer and maintain servers, storage systems, workstations, and network equipment
Oversee system performance, availability, and capacity planning
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues of server infrastructure
Operate and monitor backup infrastructure, ensuring data integrity and disaster recovery readiness
Administer storage systems (SAN and NAS) including provisioning, performance tuning, and lifecycle management
Configure and manage SAN switch zoning to optimize performance and isolation
Document configurations, incidents, and standard operating procedures
Support compliance with information security and data protection policies

Proven experience in System Administration and Network Administration
Strong hands-on experience with backup infrastructure and technologies
In-depth knowledge of storage administration, especially SAN and NAS environments
Strong understanding of SAN switch zoning and storage network optimization
Familiarity with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
Proficiency with Windows Server and/or Linux operating systems
Effective troubleshooting and technical support skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
