Development & Configuration:
- Design, develop, and customize Creatio applications, pages, and business processes using no-code and low-code capabilities.
- Configure and implement out-of-the-box CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing) according to customer requirements.
- Develop custom sections, dashboards, and objects to support client-specific workflows.
Workflow & Automation:
- Build and implement BPMN-based workflows within Creatio to automate business processes.
- Integrate AI models and Creatio AI capabilities for predictive analysis, recommendations, and workflow enhancements.
- Configure business rules, approval processes, and notifications to optimize process efficiency.
Integration & Data Management:
- Integrate Creatio with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or low-code connectors.
- Design and implement data migration, data mapping, and data cleansing processes during implementation projects.
Support & Maintenance:
- Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for deployed Creatio solutions.
- Ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable configurations and scripts.
- Participate in solution testing, debugging, and user acceptance testing.
Collaboration & Documentation:
- Collaborate with business analysts to validate and refine requirements and translate them into technical tasks.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and user guides for delivered solutions.
- Provide training and technical guidance to end-users and customer IT teams when needed.
