Contact suppliers to check costs.
Inform relevant staff about any recommendations regarding alternative suppliers in accordance with workplace procedures.
Negotiate for procurement and ensure timely delivery. Perform assigned tasks for ordering products.
Review catalogs and consult suppliers to obtain technical requirements, review set prices, and negotiate terms and conditions of procurement within the scope of authority.
Check whether the supplier can meet expectations regarding price, quality, and delivery. Place orders with suppliers and confirm delivery schedules.
Coordinate the transportation and receipt of materials.
Justify procurement-related requirements with documents in accordance with workplace procedures.
Review procurement-related orders in accordance with job procedures.
Complete, report, and store procurement-related data in accordance with applicable policies and procedures. Ensure that procurement methods comply with relevant procedures based on orders.
Report to the department head whether the purchased goods or services comply with initial
procurement orders and standards.
Consult with suppliers about delayed deliveries, defective materials, or non-compliant goods, support improvement measures, and inform the relevant department about the actions taken.
Accurately identify sources of various procurement-related data. Identify the type and field of procurement-related data Maintain records of completed procurement tasks and use them, when necessary, in accordance with confidentiality, security, and job-related policies and procedures.

Higher education.
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the relevant field.
Relevant professional certifications.
Proficiency in Azerbaijani and English languages
Knowledge of office software (MS Office and SAP);
Planning, analytical, and management skills.
Responsible, goal-oriented, disciplined, and able to work in a team under pressure.
