• Participate in digital transformation and automation initiatives;
• Analyze existing business processes and digital products to propose solutions for their optimization and automation;
• Ensure accurate representation of data and process mapping (flowchart development) in internal regulatory documents governing business processes;
• Take on project roles such as business analyst, product owner, or project manager in accordance with Agile methodology;
• Use data analytics tools to measure process efficiency and identify areas for optimization;
• Evaluate the effectiveness of processes, identify pain points, and develop improvement proposals;
• Assess the relevance of solutions proposed by SOCAR Tech and manage the implementation of recommended optimizations;
• Use advanced analytics tools to support data-driven decision-making;
• Participate in internal working group meetings within the organization;
• Support performance management processes aimed at evaluating organizational efficiency;
• Conduct time studies (chronometry) on relevant business processes within the organization;
• Develop mechanisms for collecting feedback and suggestions regarding the deployment of optimized or reengineered business processes;
• Monitor and continuously improve existing business processes;
• Deliver presentations on optimized business processes;
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of current business processes to identify improvement and optimization opportunities.

• Higher education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Digitalization, Business Administration, or related fields);
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience;
• Proficiency in MS Office and Draw.io;
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English, Russian is an advantage;
• Experience in digital product management, project management, or related fields;
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills;
• Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and other product management methodologies;
• Experience with tools such as Figma, Jira, and Confluence;
• Solid understanding of digital technologies and innovation;
• Possession of certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or BPM is an advantage.
