Vakansiyanın təsviri

  • Cooperate and liaise with teams to gather updates on ongoing projects;
  • Coordinate internal resources for flawless execution of projects;
  • Identify and solve issues and shortcomings;
  • Facilitate effective communication between all parties involved in projects;
  • Organize and attend stakeholder meetings;
  • Prepare management reports for project updates on milestones, project schedules, key project issues, and other metrics;
  • Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings;
  • Prepare presentation material for meetings;
  • Ensure that project deadlines are met
  • 5 business days a week
  • Business hours: 09:00 - 18:00
  • Work location: Baku, Head office

Xüsusi tələblər

  • Higher education - a master’s degree is desirable;
  • A minimum 2 year of experience in a relevant field;
  • Ability to present to large audiences
  • Ability to create detailed spreadsheets, charts, and presentations;
  • Good research abilities;
  • PMP license and background in telecommunications are desirable;
  • Fluency in both Azerbaijani and English;
  • Teamwork
  • Presentation skills;
  • MS Office programs, Excel is preferred;
