  • Support the CS Lead during client training sessions and UAT activities.
  • Help users understand how to use the system based on provided instructions and training materials.
  • Assist users with basic system actions during training and testing sessions.
  • Collect user questions, comments, issues, and feedback.
  • Document feedback in a clear and structured way.
  • Escalate all questions, risks, and issues to the CS Lead.
  • Help prepare and update simple user guides, FAQs, and training materials.
  • Maintain professional and polite communication with client users.
  • Follow the instructions, priorities, and communication guidelines provided by the CS Lead.

Xüsusi tələblər

  • Strong communication skills ad good attention to detail.
  • Ability to write clear notes and structure information.
  • Responsibility and willingness to learn.
  • Basic understanding of business software or web systems.
  • Ability to work with users in a calm and professional manner.
  • Azerbaijani language is required; Russian and English are an advantage.
  • Experience with Jira, task tracking tools, user support, training, or documentation is a plus.
