- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
- Make recommendations based on guests’ preferences and dietary requirements.
- Accurately take and process guest orders.
- Communicate orders and special requests effectively with the kitchen and bar teams.
- Serve food and beverages according to company standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Xüsusi tələblər
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Azerbaijani and either English or Russian language.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts.
- Team-oriented attitude with a strong customer service mindset.
