• Ensure the effective implementation of the IB programs and collaborate closely with the Principal, Deputy Heads, IB Program Coordinators, and colleagues to develop and implement a relevant, challenging, and balanced curriculum;
• Develop and prepare lesson plans that align with the abilities and age levels of students and encourage all students to participate in class;
• Set high expectations for students in physical education, promote a healthy lifestyle through personal example, and ensure the well-being of students;
• Support the professional development of the team as a member of the physical education team and share effective teaching strategies and lesson plans with other team members;
• Prepare appropriate assessment tasks that enhance student learning and ensure timely and effective feedback;
• Establish effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues;
• Participate in professional development programs, morning meetings, and other professional development opportunities;
• Assist in other duties and tasks as required by the Head of School or Deputy Heads of School.

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education;
• Minimum of two years of teaching experience;
• Preference for experience in teaching IB programs;
• Ability to establish professional relationships with students, colleagues, and parents and create strong connections with all members of the school community;
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment;
• English language proficiency (Minimum B2);
