  • Provide administrative and executive support to the Deputy CEO, ensuring the smooth operation of the office
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Deputy CEO and internal and external stakeholders
  • Screen and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintain and manage the Deputy CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and business commitments
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparation of materials and follow-up actions
  • Arrange business travel, including itineraries, accommodation, transportation, and related logistics
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other communication materials as requested by the Deputy CEO
  • Produce accurate reports and summaries, ensuring attention to detail and timely delivery
  • Translate, proofread, and review documents in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and company documents

Xüsusi tələblər

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related field
  • Previous experience in administrative or executive support roles, preferably supporting senior executives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian, with strong writing, proofreading, and translation skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
