Closely monitoring the technical level of the structural engineering team, lead structural design and analysis of offshore platforms, jackets, topsides, modules, and associated structures
Functional owner of structural engineering procedures and practices. Ensure that the structural team works in full compliance to engineering procedures and processes
Lead and execute structural/civil engineering activities, including Concept Design, FEED, Technical Studies, Detailed Design, and engineering support during construction
Closely support front-end concept development and selection process
Review and approve structural/civil calculations, drawings, specifications, reports, and other engineering documentation
Assure Structural Analysis & Design of the third-party contractors in areas such as Fatigue assessment, Lifting/Transportation analysis, etc
Resolve complex structural engineering issues including trade-offs between various types of structural design arrangements and modularization
Closely support process engineering training requirements and talent development

Engineering Degree, preferably Master’s, in process engineering
Significant prior experience in designing jackets of offshore platforms and topsides structural layout
15 years of experience in Oil and Gas industry, including at least 3-5 years of experience of leading structural/civil engineering team
Good working knowledge of Upstream Engineering standards (API, DNV, ISO, etc.)
Professional Membership or Chartership
Brownfield upstream experience mandatory
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong collaboration mindset, able to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
Structured documentation and reporting skills
