• Directing and enhancing the Company’s activities in the legal field;
• Preparing founding documents and implementing any necessary amendments thereto;
• Monitoring the timely submission of documents and materials required for the preparation of responses to claims;
• Drafting legal documents and participating in their preparation;
• Preparing well-reasoned responses in cases of claim rejection;
• Identifying violations of applicable legislation within the Company’s activities, reporting such violations to management in a substantiated manner, and preparing proposals for their elimination;
• Participating in the conclusion of Company contracts and conducting their legal review and expertise;
• Preparing proposals, jointly with relevant structural units, on amendments to internal orders and other regulatory acts, including those that have become invalid;
• Participating in the preparation of legal opinions based on applicable regulatory acts to address legal issues arising in the course of the Company’s activities, as well as developing proposals to improve operational processes;
• Preparing responses to letters, applications, and complaints related to legal matters within the established timeframe and in accordance with established procedures.
• Preparing all necessary documentation to represent the Company’s interests in courts and other state authorities;
• Representing the Company’s interests in courts and other governmental bodies upon obtaining appropriate authorization from management. 

Working Conditions:

• Work schedule: Full-time (5-day workweek, 09:00 – 18:00)
• Workplace: Heydar Aliyev International Airport
• Salary: 2700 AZN net
• Transportation provided to the workplace
• Employment relations are regulated in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan

• Education: Higher education in Law;
• Work experience: At least 3 years of experience in the legal field;
• Language skills: Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani; good command of English and Russian.

• Knowledge of the legislation and regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Azerbaijan (particularly: civil, civil procedural, labor, tax, administrative, customs, and corporate law)
• Knowledge of procedures for systematizing, maintaining, and recording legal documents
