Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
Responsible for service delivery execution.
Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
Maintain the required safety training.

Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Lower Completion, specifically in Sand Control operations.
Responsible for the preparation of equipment, programs, and procedures for Gravel Pack operations.
Ability to perform job calculations, including torque and drag modelling, gravel pack calculations, RIH tally generation, and volume calculations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
In-depth understanding of safety and environmental regulations.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in diverse and challenging environments.
Ability to travel to various field locations as required.
Fluent in English and Azerbaijani.
