Manage pre-award and post award stages of the key engineering, consultancy and PMC contracts from start to finish
Assist in preparation of tender documents and contract strategies
Provide contractual input to EPC and EPCm type of contracts
Development, implementation and assurance of full compliance to contractual procedures and processes
Maintain contract documentation and records, monitoring key contractual milestones and deliverables
Assess, identify, and manage contractual and commercial risks and opportunities
Provide support to forecasting, budgeting, and cost control activities from a contractual perspective
Monitor any potential incidents of loss/damage likely to lead to an insurance claim
Manage project risks minimizing company exposure to financial and legal liabilities
Together with the project management team review, evaluate and prepare recommendations regarding contractor claims for delay, back charges, EOTs, disruptions, etc
Implement contract close out activities up to formal contract closure

Relevant bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, business or similar field. Master’s degree is preferred but not essential
15 years of experience in Oil and Gas industry, including at least 3-5 years of experience of managing full pre-award and post award processes
Good working knowledge of Upstream Industry, its processes and business eco system
Preferably mixed experience including Owner/Operator and international EPCm organizations
Membership or Chartered Status of a recognized professional body
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong collaboration mindset, able to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
Structured documentation and reporting skills
