Sea Breeze Health Valley (SBHV) is looking for a high-performing professional with strong Finance and Strategic Consulting experience, ideally from a Big4 firm, to join our growing team in Azerbaijan.

• Apply structured problem-solving approaches: issue trees, hypotheses, analytical models, and frameworks
• Develop financial models, business cases, market studies, valuations, and feasibility studies (TEO) for: Medical facilities, R&D hubs, Educational centers, Biotech parks
• Prepare presentations, strategic documents, investment materials, value propositions, and analytical notes in line with SBHV internal methodologies and top-tier consulting quality standards
• Ensure high quality and timely delivery of all analytical materials, research, and project deliverables
• Participate in international cluster benchmarking, structuring and interpreting key insights
• Work with cross-functional teams (regulation, infrastructure, digitalization, operators) and translate strategy into actionable implementation steps
• Support pre-sales activities: commercial proposals, pitch decks, tender materials, and preliminary concepts
• Conduct interviews and data collection with ministries, investors, medical operators, and international partners
• Support project management: timelines, risks, KPIs, and key milestones
• Prepare analytical materials for policy initiatives, incentive models, SEZ regimes, and regulatory proposals

• Background in Big4 (Associate / Consultant level) or equivalent top-tier consulting experience
• Strong skills in financial modeling, strategy, and analytics
• Excellent English and Russian (both written and spoken)
• Ability to work in complex, multidisciplinary projects
