Customs & Trade Compliance Specialist

Supporting import and export activities and customs-related processes
Monitoring shipments and assisting with customs clearance activities
Reviewing and processing logistics and customs documentation
Registering, maintaining, and organizing trade and shipment records
Updating reports, statistics, and tracking tables
Working closely with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders
Supporting customs declaration processes and document verification
Assisting with tariff classification, customs valuation, and trade compliance activities
Supporting audits and maintaining documentation in accordance with company requirements
Conducting restricted party screening and compliance checks
Helping identify opportunities to improve logistics and customs processes

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Native Azerbaijan and great English language skills (Russian language skills are nice to have)
Some experience or willingness to learn more about logistics, freight forwarding, customs, trade regulations, ERP systems
Good computer and data management skills
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Ability to work effectively with different stakeholders
