• Deliver exceptional, personalized concierge services to all guests
• Provide expert recommendations on dining, entertainment, cultural attractions, and local experiences
• Handle guest requests including reservations, transportation, event tickets, and special arrangements
• Build strong relationships with guests to anticipate preferences and exceed expectations
• Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure smooth execution of guest services
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local events, venues, and services in Baku

• Previous experience in Concierge, Guest Relations, or Front Office in a luxury environment is preferred
• Strong knowledge of Baku’s restaurants, attractions, and lifestyle offerings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Russian (additional languages are a strong advantage)
• A proactive, service-oriented mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple requests with professionalism and efficiency
