  • Manage all aspects of sales activities, including receiving initial inquiries, timely preparation of prospect information, proposals, correspondence and contracts, pending reservations, etc. help coordinate and resolve issues such as:

  • Contacting customers as necessary:
  • Control of timely return of contracts to the counterparty:
  • Accurate reporting of all advertising and information materials:
  • Coordinate specific marketing initiatives involving revenue streams:
  • To acquire and share knowledge about Fairmont Baku Hotel products, including accommodation services, meeting facilities, history and heritage, activities and local programming
  • To participate in field inspections, familiarization tours, trade exhibitions;
  • Understand and adhere to all departmental guidelines and policies;
  • To report any technical problems and necessary needs in the work process immediately to the direct manager;
  • To perform other duties determined by the direct manager;
  • To assist the work of other employees of the department;
  • Prepare and submit all reports directly to the manager during the period of duty;
  • Respond professionally to customer questions and understand their needs and requirements;
  • To establish close cooperation relations both with colleagues within the Sales department and with employees of other departments;
  • Working in the 1C program, adding the monthly attendance schedule to the system;
  • To be responsible for internal coordination with the sales and marketing team;

Xüsusi tələblər

  • Higher education (tourism and hotel management is desirable)
  • Experience in the relevant position (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS Software, Microsoft Windows computer programs
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Highly responsible & reliable
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
  • Must possess professional telephone etiquette and have an excellent command
  • Fluent Azerbaijani, English; Russian language is an asset
  • Strong team player who can work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Dynamic, willing to learn
  • Have good sales and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time
