  • Support the Head of the Project Department in daily operations and project coordination
  • Assist in the preparation of project plans and monitor resources, timelines, and deliverables
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and technical presentations
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination among internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify potential risks and issues throughout project phases and report them in a timely manner
  • Follow up on project activities to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures

Xüsusi tələblər

  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management support, or a similar technical role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in the construction industry will be considered an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Confluence
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani and English
