  • Subcontractor Management: Supervise and monitor catering (canteen), cleaning, landscaping, and other outsourced contractor services.
  • Fleet Coordination: Coordinate the operations and management of corporate vehicles.
  • Technical & Facility Maintenance: Organize and oversee the maintenance and operations of the boiler room, pump room, ventilation systems, plumbing, and general repair works.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and direct the administrative department staff.

Xüsusi tələblər

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in facility management or administrative operations.
  • Education: Higher education degree (Bachelor's or equivalent).
  • IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong team management and leadership skills
