The HRIS Specialist at Agro Dairy will manage and maintain the Human Resources Information System to ensure accurate and secure employee data. This full-time, on-site role in Baku involves entering, updating, and validating HR data, generating reports, and supporting HR operations with reliable system information. The HRIS Specialist will troubleshoot system issues, coordinate with IT and vendors on configuration or upgrades, and optimize system workflows. The role includes supporting payroll and benefits processes with accurate data, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local regulations, and training HR team members and managers on system use. The HRIS Specialist will also assist in developing HR analytics and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.

• Experience managing or supporting HRIS platforms, including data entry, data validation, and system configuration.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to create, interpret, and present HR reports and dashboards.
• Knowledge of HR processes such as onboarding, employee records management, time and attendance, and payroll support.
• Proficiency in Excel and other data tools for data analysis, reporting, and quality checks.
• Ability to troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with IT or external vendors to resolve technical problems.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
• Effective communication skills to train and support HR colleagues and end users on system functionality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in an HR, HRIS, or HR operations role is preferred; experience in agriculture or manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Baku and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
